Contact
One address handles all correspondence.
Messages are read on weekdays, roughly 09:00 to 18:00 Brasília time, and answered in the order received. Odd Hours has no telephone line, no chat channel, no contact form and no public office address.
What to include
- The page or article the message concerns, by title or link.
- For an order enquiry, the email address used at checkout and the approximate date.
- For a correction, the passage in question and the source that contradicts it.
- For a data request, the nature of the request, so that identity can be confirmed before anything is actioned.
Personal details beyond what a request requires are unnecessary and are better left out.
Common requests

- Access problems with purchased material.
- Privacy requests under the LGPD or the GDPR, described in the privacy policy.

- No consultations, assessments or reviews of any kind.
- No professional, legal, financial or medical guidance.
- No urgent assistance. Anyone in an emergency should contact local emergency services.
