Use of this site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should not use the site.
Eligibility
This site is intended for users aged 18 or over. Accounts, orders and correspondence from anyone under 18 are not accepted.
Licence to use purchased material
Purchase of digital material grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it for individual, non-commercial purposes. It does not transfer ownership. Redistribution, resale, public posting, sub-licensing and the creation of derivative works are not permitted without written permission.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, source code and graphics on this site belong to Odd Hours or are used with permission. The name Odd Hours and the site's visual identity may not be used without permission. Quotation for review, commentary or academic purposes is permitted with attribution and a link to the source page.
No professional relationship
Nothing on this site creates a professional relationship of any kind. Odd Hours publishes summaries of research for general information. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological or employment advice, and no article should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who has examined an individual situation.
No claim of outcome
Odd Hours makes no representation that reading anything published here, or purchasing anything offered here, produces any particular result. Material published on this site is descriptive. It is not a method, system, formula, protocol or programme, and it is not presented as one.

Payments and payment disputes
Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Users with a concern about a charge should contact support@oddhours.site before opening a dispute with a card issuer, which is usually the faster route to a resolution. Where a chargeback is opened, access to the material concerned may be suspended while the dispute is examined. Refund rights under the refund policy and under consumer law are unaffected by this paragraph.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Odd Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or of material obtained through it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes are subject to the Brazilian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to users in their country of residence.

These terms may be updated. The date at the head of the page records the current version.
